📋 Description

• Design, implement, and optimize LLM-powered agentic workflows across chat, meeting preparation, and recommendations • Build agents that interact with external APIs, databases, and environments • Advance voice-enabled agents through real-time conversation pipeline design, ASR, TTS, turn-taking, and dialogue management • Focus voice agents on low latency and reliability • Integrate retrieval, long-term memory, and state tracking into agent architectures • Collaborate with product teams to deploy agents in production and maintain their health • Design and run experiments evaluating agent performance, correctness, latency, and hallucination rates • Translate high-level product requirements into scalable, testable agentic features • Contribute across Acto's Intelligence Layer in text and voice modalities

🎯 Requirements

• Proven, hands-on experience building voice agents in production • Experience working with ASR, TTS, or real-time/streaming voice pipelines • Strong experience building with LLMs, including OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, or open-source models • Familiarity with agentic frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph • Proficiency in Python and modern ML tooling such as Hugging Face, PyTorch, and Ray • Experience integrating tools, calling APIs, managing memory/state, or generating SQL queries • Experience with simulation-based testing and evaluation of conversational and voice agents, such as Coval or Bluejay • Ability to measure agent performance, correctness, regressions, latency, and hallucination rates at scale • Comfortable working in an iterative, fast-paced product environment • Ability to help a small team level up
