📋 Description

• Develop 3D models, renderings, and visualizations for residential and commercial landscaping projects. • Create landscape designs that integrate sustainability, functionality, and regional climate considerations. • Provide plant selection and horticultural expertise to ensure designs thrive in specific US regions. • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align on project scope, design requirements, and timelines. • Prepare presentations and portfolios to support client approvals. • Stay updated with industry design trends and software tools relevant to landscape architecture.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or related field (preferred). • Proven hands-on experience in landscape architecture and 3D rendering. • Strong portfolio of previous projects. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Rhino, or similar tools. • Solid grasp of planting design, horticulture, and environmental planning. • Strong English communication skills with the ability to work remotely and independently. • Familiarity with sustainable and region-specific landscaping practices is a plus. • Ability to design functional and sustainable outdoor spaces.
