📋 Description

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via telehealth platform. • Maintains a current license, certification, and registration as applicable • Completes 1:1 Session Note, SUD Treatment Plan Update, and ASAM Criteria Update every seven days for each assigned client • Assess client needs and progress. • Provide crisis intervention and support. • Reports safety hazards to supervisor or Executive Director • Maintain accurate and timely documentation. • Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Valid Indiana Licensure (LMHC, LCAC, LCSW, LMFT) • Master's degree in behavioral health or a related field required • Computer proficiency, including Excel, Word, and EMR, is required. • Must maintain a positive demeanor and clear understanding of professional boundaries with clients and staff. • Experience providing telehealth therapy with diverse populations • Proficiency in utilizing telehealth technology for therapy services • Strong clinical skills and ability to build rapport with clients • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
