📋 Description

• Take part in various partner projects, working on innovative solutions • Lead development efforts, contribute to discussions, and support decision-making • Mentor and support team members to help them grow • Build web applications with modern technologies • Understand business needs and turn them into effective technical solutions • Work closely with customers and teammates to stay aligned • Plan and implement development tasks based on designs and requirements • Make sure projects are delivered on time and meet expectations • Write unit and end-to-end tests, and take part in developer testing • Find and fix bugs to keep quality high • Keep tasks organized within the team for smooth collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Python application development • Advanced English skills (both written and spoken) • Experience with Data+AI centered apps like ML/GenAI/LLM-based applications or dashboard development • Solid knowledge of at least one application framework: FastAPI, Flask, or Django • Experience with ORM libraries like SQLAlchemy and relational databases • Experience with Vector Databases • Familiarity with basic DevOps tools (Docker, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, IaC etc.) • Experience with cloud technologies (AWS or Azure) for web app hosting and storage • Hands-on experience with unit and end-to-end testing
