📋 Description
• Lead AI-driven transformation and act as a thought leader in financial services with focus on Generative AI • Define AI-powered banking solutions aligning technology with customer needs and business objectives • Build and maintain relationships with C-level banking executives; guide AI adoption and regulatory considerations • Own AI product vision and drive end-to-end GenAI solution development with cross-functional teams • Define roadmaps, project scopes, planning and execution to ensure measurable impact • Support data visualization, model development, and AI application rollouts; ensure seamless integration into banking ecosystems • Lead research and strategy development for new GenAI solutions and contribute to go-to-market strategies at Hiflylabs
🎯 Requirements
• 4-5 years of experience in AI-driven product management, consulting, or financial services • Expertise in AI & data analytics, with experience deploying Generative AI solutions • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Experience engaging with C-level executives and senior stakeholders • Ability to translate business challenges into AI-powered opportunities • Advanced presentation and storytelling skills for AI solutions • Proficiency in English (written & spoken) • High adaptability, proactive mindset, and passion for AI innovation • Nice to have: Experience at Big 4 consulting firms or as a strategic advisor in financial services • Nice to have: Domain knowledge beyond banking (telecom, healthcare, retail, energy) • Nice to have: Hands-on experience with Machine Learning, NLP, or GenAI tools • Nice to have: Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) • Nice to have: Understanding of data governance, AI ethics, and regulatory frameworks
