• 2–4 years of experience in copywriting, specifically for DTC brands, e-commerce, or performance marketing agencies. • You understand the difference between "brand writing" (building feelings) and "direct response writing" (driving sales). • You know how to grab attention instantly. • You understand human desires and objections. You know how to weave social proof and urgency into a script naturally. • You can switch seamlessly between writing for a Gen Z skincare brand (slang, casual, fast) and a luxury home goods brand (elevated, descriptive, smooth). • Perfect grammar and command of American English idioms/slang is required. You must understand the nuances of culture to write effective ads.
