📋 Description

• Design and develop custom migration frameworks for DB2 to AWS database migrations • Assess and analyze DB2 database schemas, stored procedures, and dependencies • Execute database migrations from DB2 to AWS modern database platforms • Provide technical guidance and support to application teams during migration • Automate migration processes and develop reusable migration patterns • Perform testing and validation of migrated databases and applications • Document migration procedures, best practices, and lessons learned

🎯 Requirements

• IBM DB2 database administration and architecture • AWS database services (RDS, Aurora) • Database migration planning and execution • Custom migration framework development • Application migration support at scale • AWS Database Migration Service (DMS) (Nice to have) • AWS Schema Conversion Tool (SCT) (Nice to have) • Python or Java for automation (Nice to have) • CI/CD pipeline integration (Nice to have)
