📋 Description
• Support communications and digital programs by producing video content • Work closely with the Communications Department and other teams • Create compelling video content across platforms • Meet tight deadlines during election cycles • Produce short- and long-form video content • Record virtual interviews and sessions • Capture and produce footage • Edit videos for various formats • Collaborate on scripts and materials
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as a freelance video producer and editor • Strong portfolio of digital-first video content • Experience working with advocacy, nonprofit, or political organizations • Ability to work collaboratively with communications teams • Strong storytelling and editorial instincts • Familiarity with accessibility and captioning best practices • Cultural competency and experience working with Black-led organizations strongly preferred • Experience with video shooting is a plus
