📋 Description

• Own and maintain email marketing calendars across multiple brands. • Serve as the primary coordinator for campaign timelines, ensuring dependencies across teams are completed on schedule. • Coordinate campaign timelines with Category Management, Pricing, Creative, eCommerce, Analytics, and Marketing teams to ensure campaigns are ready for launch. • Support the planning, QA, scheduling, and deployment of email campaigns. • Monitor campaign performance and report on key email marketing KPIs. • Support promotional, retention, lifecycle, and automated email marketing initiatives. • Analyze campaign results and recommend opportunities to improve engagement, conversion, and revenue performance. • Support A/B testing initiatives and ongoing email optimization efforts. • Maintain campaign documentation and workflows. • Manage and grow affiliate marketing programs across multiple brands. • Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for affiliate partners, publishers, and affiliate networks. • Maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners and identify opportunities to increase performance. • Proactively identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners, publishers, influencers, and strategic partnerships • Coordinate promotional opportunities and campaign execution with affiliate partners. • Ensure affiliates receive creative assets, campaign details, and promotional calendars on time. • Monitor affiliate partner performance, revenue contribution, and overall ROI. • Analyze affiliate performance data and identify opportunities for growth. • Support affiliate program growth through outreach, relationship building, and promotional opportunities. • Prepare weekly and monthly affiliate reporting. • Support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across digital channels. • Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, and revenue. • Coordinate campaign requirements, audience targeting needs, and creative assets with internal teams and external partners. • Develop creative briefs and campaign requirements for designers, copywriters, and external partners. • Analyze campaign results and identify opportunities to improve performance. • Conduct competitor monitoring and promotional analysis to identify new opportunities. • Review creative and messaging performance and provide recommendations for future campaigns. • Provide messaging recommendations based on audience behavior, promotional strategy, and campaign performance. • Ensure campaign messaging aligns across email, affiliate, paid media, and website channels. • Prepare performance reporting and insights for marketing leadership. • Coordinate website marketing initiatives, landing pages, and promotional campaigns with internal teams. • Review website campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and conversion. • Analyze customer journeys across email, affiliate, paid media, and website channels. • Participate in planning discussions for new campaigns, promotions, and digital initiatives. • Support testing initiatives and provide recommendations based on campaign performance data. • Track and report on key performance indicators including: Email marketing performance, Affiliate revenue and partner performance, Paid media performance, Website engagement and conversion metrics, Campaign performance • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports. • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization. • Identify underperforming campaigns and recommend improvements based on data. • Support testing initiatives across email, affiliate, paid media, and website campaigns. • Help establish testing strategies to improve campaign performance over time. • Maintain campaign tracking and reporting documentation. • Provide actionable recommendations based on performance data. • Utilize AI tools to support campaign analysis, competitive research, reporting, and customer insight generation. • Apply critical thinking and business judgment to validate recommendations and findings.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with experience in email marketing, affiliate marketing, and performance marketing. • Experience in eCommerce and social media marketing is considered an asset. • Experience building, scheduling, QAing, and deploying email campaigns using platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar. • Experience supporting or managing affiliate marketing programs and publisher relationships. • Experience with affiliate platforms and networks such as Impact, Awin, Minty, ShareASale, Refersion, or similar • Experience supporting paid media campaigns and performance reporting. • Experience working with website campaigns, landing pages, promotional launches, or conversion-focused marketing initiatives. • Experience managing multiple brands, campaigns, or client accounts simultaneously. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations. • Strong project management and organizational skills • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
