📋 Description

• Create motion graphics, animated assets, and visual effects for social media, digital advertising, and campaign content • Develop animated text treatments, product callouts, transitions, and branded motion elements • Edit short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms • Produce content cutdowns, product videos, promotional videos, and platform-specific creative assets • Optimize content for engagement and platform performance • Create email layouts, templates, digital animations, and photo-file manipulations • Assist in expanding the company's brand identity • Research design technologies and trends and integrate them as needed • Design multiple emails per week for timely, high-quality deployment • Design interior and exterior walls, windows, posters, signage, POP displays, banners, easels, aisle talkers, wobblers, and TV-screen graphics • Ensure design deliverables align with branding guidelines • Generate packaging concepts from competitor analysis, internal research, creative briefs, and manager directives • Produce packaging dielines for boxes, wrappers, labels, stickers, and hangtags • Ensure compliance with customer style guides and prepare approval documents • Design and format product instructions, catalogs, and brochures • Produce technical and classical illustrations • Capture lifestyle photography as required • Collaborate with fellow designers • Manage multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines and maintaining attention to detail • Maintain and properly label files on the art server • Produce final files, including outlines, color swatches, and specification sheets • Review final production for file accuracy, color correctness, and dieline precision

🎯 Requirements

• 3 - 4 years of experience preferred • Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design • 2 - 5 years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in print, multimedia, and animation • Proficiency in Adobe Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) • Experience working in a MAC environment • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office • Experience using Klaviyo for email design • Experience using Shopify and Wordpress for web design • Basic tagging and programming knowledge • Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team • Strong verbal and written English skills • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to articulate design decisions clearly • Must be based in São Paulo, Brazil • Resumes and portfolios must be submitted in English
