⢠Build ML features for personalization, product recommendation, automated experimentation, predictive audiences, content generation, and budget optimization ⢠Work on customer research, problem definition, predictive modeling, machine learning infrastructure, and productionization ⢠Partner with customers to define requirements and deploy ML solutions ⢠Design end-to-end systems: data collection, preparation, training, evaluation, and production systems ⢠Contribute to product and engineering decisions as an early ML hire
⢠Senior-level machine learning engineer (impact-focused role rather than strict years) ⢠Experience with predictive modeling, personalization, recommendations, and experimentation ⢠Experience designing ML infrastructure and running models in production ⢠Ability to architect backend and distributed systems and design data processing features end-to-end ⢠Strong product sense and ability to define problems from customer research ⢠Experience with content generation using LLMs and generative models desirable ⢠Strong communication, growth mindset, motivated and persistent ⢠Willingness to partner with customers
