• Help establish and grow our Enterprise and Mid-Market sales teams across the Asia-Pacific region. • Responsible for recruiting and developing a team of Account Executives. • Build Hightouch's presence in a new region. • Oversee our Account Executives and ensure consistent quota attainment. • Help customers achieve meaningful business outcomes across multiple countries and markets.
• 5+ years of software sales leadership experience, ideally 2 years of that having been in a new region. • Proven success selling into multiple APAC markets and understand the cultural and business nuances across the region. • Expert knowledge and experience in building and motivating sales teams, growing the pipeline, and hitting revenue targets. • Process-oriented and data-driven approach to managing forecasts in tools like Salesforce while scaling repeatable sales processes like MEDDPICC and Command of the Message. • Talent magnet!
