📋 Description

• Analyze data from multiple sources to support business decisions and identify trends, anomalies, or improvement opportunities • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, data models, and reports that empower stakeholders with actionable insights • Build and optimize Power Apps and Power Automate workflows to streamline processes and reduce manual tasks • Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver high-quality analytical solutions • Ensure data quality, perform validation checks, and maintain reliable data models and datasets • Document data sources, dashboards, workflows, and configuration steps • Troubleshoot reporting issues, investigate data discrepancies, and deliver timely resolutions • Support data governance practices, including security roles, metadata standards, and adherence to company guidelines • Assist with system enhancements, new feature releases, and ongoing analytics modernization efforts • Provide training and support for end users adopting Power BI reports or Power Platform solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience • 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; • 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; • or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience • 10 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; • 8 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; • or High School Diploma or equivalent and 14 years relevant experience • 15+ years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; • 13+ years relevant experience with Masters in related field; • or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19+ years relevant experience • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query, report design) • Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate for workflow automation and low-code solution development • Proficiency with SQL or similar tools for querying and manipulating data • Ability to translate business questions into analytical approaches and data-driven solutions • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills • Excellent communication and documentation abilities
