📋 Description

• Lead Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives • Manage multiple concurrent workstreams while ensuring timely project delivery • Track Agile metrics, including sprint velocity, burndown, and delivery progress • Manage backlogs, dependencies, and blocker resolution • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution • Prepare delivery reports and communicate project status to stakeholders • Support migration, modernization, and cloud transformation initiatives • Utilize Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools to manage project delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, or Agile Project Manager • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and aggressive delivery timelines • Strong experience with: Sprint Planning, Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives • Agile Delivery Tracking, Velocity, and Burndown Reporting • Dependency Management and Blocker Resolution • Backlog Management and Delivery Reporting • Cross-Functional Team Coordination • Experience supporting migration, modernization, or cloud transformation projects • Proficiency with Jira , Azure DevOps , or similar Agile delivery tools • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certification • Experience supporting large-scale application or database migration programs
