📋 Description

• Join the Enterprise Products team to build the intelligent automation engine that powers Hinge Health's growth. • Architect and ship critical internal platforms (like Client Hub and Ops Hub). • Pioneer the use of autonomous agents to refactor code, generate tests, and streamline workflows. • Dive into our tech stack (NestJS, TypeScript, React, Kafka) and ship your first features. • Lead the design and delivery of a major capabilities project. • Own the technical strategy for a core domain within the Enterprise AI ecosystem.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field. • 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience. • 1+ years of experience with at least one modern programming language (e.g., TypeScript, Go). • 1+ years of deep experience with Node.js and TypeScript in a production environment. • Demonstrated experience designing and maintaining large-scale distributed systems or microservices. • Experience mentoring junior engineers and leading technical projects within a team. • Proficiency with AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to accelerate development.
