📋 Description

• Contribute to the full stack development of the Hint Core product • Design, develop, and implement scalable software solutions with product management • Scope and deliver solutions • Create, enhance, and adapt AI processes to accelerate development • Improve tools, workflows, support, collaboration, and teamwork • Participate in code reviews and technical design documentation • Maintain high code quality and scalable development practices • Identify and advocate for changes that help systems scale • Foster a collaborative work environment and encourage intentional decision-making • Align work with company business goals • Provide and welcome constructive feedback for team and individual growth • Work closely with engineers and product management to create best-in-class software

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience • Ideally, at least 3+ years working in a product-focused company • Proven track record of developing and shipping software • SaaS experience is a plus • Ability to leverage AI tools while remaining accountable for final-result quality and integrity • Experience working with large, complex systems • Strong technical expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React • Experience with Ruby on Rails is a plus • Experience with Elm or another typed functional frontend language is a plus • Hands-on experience with cloud-based, scalable architectures, ideally AWS • Understanding of agile methodologies • Startup-environment experience identifying efficiency improvements • Ability to manage multiple priorities and achieve high quality • Excellent cross-functional communication across engineering, product, and design teams • Billing/payments, healthcare technology, Fintech, or EMR/EHR experience is a plus • Must reside in and be legally eligible to work for any employer in Uruguay, Costa Rica, or Mexico • Ability to overlap US business hours, approximately 8am–4pm PST
