• Support our social media team in preparing and publishing video content (e.g., interviews, news segments) • Create subtitles, text overlays and graphic elements • Review, select and organize raw footage • Assist in optimizing videos for clarity, watch time and platform requirements • Contribute your own ideas to further develop existing formats
• Currently enrolled student • Strong sense for what makes content go viral • Very good understanding of social media, especially TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts • Confident user of an editing program (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro or comparable professional video-editing software) • High interest in rap and hip‑hop culture • Strong knowledge of the German rap and hip‑hop scene • Sense for storytelling, timing and platform mechanics • Independent work style and high reliability • Creativity and enthusiasm for improving content performance • A study focus in media, communication, journalism or video production is helpful but not required • Interest in editorial work and content strategy
