📋 Description
• Manage full-cycle AP/AR and bookkeeping operations • Oversee invoice creation and transfer from ERP to QBO • Issue customer invoices and resolve billing discrepancies • Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices and payment issues • Perform basic financial reporting and support month-end reconciliation activities • Proactively identify errors and escalate issues when appropriate
🎯 Requirements
• Accounting or bookkeeping experience in cosmetic, medical, aesthetics, or healthcare industry (non-negotiable) • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and ERP-integrated accounting workflows • Experience managing invoicing and AR/AP in regulated, product-based environments • Strong written and spoken English • Must have prior remote work experience and be fluent with remote collaboration tools
