📋 Description

• Build data models and source-to-target mapping specifications from Practice Management systems such as MD Suite, PrognoCIS, CareTracker and Cortex to the new central platform • Use AI/LLM tools to accelerate schema mapping, field reconciliation and data quality checks • Design and build ETL pipelines and REST/SOAP APIs to move data into the new platform • Cleanse, structure and enrich source data into the required target format • Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve production integration issues • Collaborate with the AI Architect, product, engineering and operations teams • Maintain clear documentation of data models, mapping specifications and pipeline configurations • Support migration of legacy RCM platforms to a new central platform

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data/system integration or ETL engineering, building production integrations with complex legacy systems • Hands-on experience using AI/LLM APIs such as OpenAI or Azure OpenAI for schema mapping, entity resolution or automated data quality checks • Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases • Working knowledge of Python and JavaScript or similar scripting languages • Experience building REST and SOAP APIs • Experience working with JSON, XML, CSV, flat-file and EDI formats • Understanding of HIPAA and PHI security practices • Strong written and spoken English with clear, professional communication • Prior remote work experience and fluency with remote collaboration tools and platforms such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace or Asana • Ideally worked with US or UK-based companies • Healthcare or RCM experience, including exposure to Practice Management systems such as MD Suite, PrognoCIS, CareTracker or Cortex • HL7/FHIR knowledge • Experience with cloud integration platforms, ideally the Azure stack including Fabric, Data Lake, SQL and Data Factory • Must complete the application form in full • Must record a video as part of the application process
