📋 Description

• Own Amazon store growth strategy, including product selection and launch roadmap • Research and source profitable products; negotiate with suppliers and manage landed costs • Create and optimize listings (keywords, positioning, images, A+ content guidance) • Manage FBA operations, inventory forecasting, and replenishment planning • Monitor and improve performance metrics (sales, contribution margin, pricing, inventory health) • Coordinate with freelancers or partners for creatives, ads, and operational support • Build scalable processes to support long-term growth

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Amazon FBA experience with direct ownership of products and P&L • Proven track record of launching and scaling physical products on Amazon • Strong supplier sourcing and negotiation experience (domestic or overseas) • Solid understanding of Amazon listing optimization, SEO, and conversion strategy • Experience managing FBA inventory planning and fulfillment operations • Ability to operate independently with high accountability and minimal oversight • Non-negotiable: Prior remote work experience; fluent with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar); and experience working with US or UK-based companies.
