📋 Description

• Design and build durable, idempotent ingestion pipelines for creative and performance data at scale • Generate and manage multimodal embeddings and operate an appropriate vector store • Build retrieval pipelines that provide accurate, low-latency responses for AI agent tools • Ship agent-style systems with tool use, state management, and multistep reasoning workflows • Develop and maintain a React frontend for the creative intelligence library and query interface • Own systems through design, development, deployment, monitoring, and iteration • Contribute to technology-stack decisions based on production experience • Collaborate with product and enterprise partners to translate requirements into reliable, scalable systems • Build a data ingestion and intelligence layer for enterprise media customers • Transform unstructured creative assets and ad-performance data into a semantic, vector-based layer exposed through AI agents and a React frontend • Complete the application form and record a video as the first interview step

🎯 Requirements

• Strong TypeScript skills • Production experience with serverless or edge runtimes, such as Cloudflare Workers, Vercel, Lambda, or Deno Deploy • Experience building durable, idempotent ingestion pipelines with queuing, retry logic, backpressure handling, deduplication, and schema evolution • Production-level understanding of embeddings, chunking strategies, and retrieval quality tuning • At least one agent-style system shipped to production, including tool use and stateful multi-step workflows • React fluency with modern patterns and component architecture • Ability to operate across two cloud environments and reason about edge compute versus managed data/AI services • Prior remote work experience and fluency with remote collaboration tools and platforms such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Linear • Ideally worked with US- or UK-based companies • Fluent English / ability to complete application materials in English • Preferred: production RAG experience • Preferred: familiarity with embedding models and dimension, quality, and cost tradeoffs • Preferred: ETL design, data-pipeline observability, or retrieval-quality evaluation experience • Preferred: adtech, performance marketing, or marketing analytics background • Preferred: hands-on vector database experience
