📋 Description

• Develop and execute marketing strategy for the BPO's own brand, services, and growth goals • Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads • Set up audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences to reach decision-makers and generate quality leads • Create and A/B test ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to improve conversion rates • Manage ad budgets and bidding strategies • Optimize campaigns to lower cost per lead and improve ROAS • Set up and maintain conversion tracking using Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics 4 • Oversee content creation, brand messaging, and positioning across digital channels • Manage social media presence, website content, and email marketing initiatives • Collaborate with sales and leadership to align marketing efforts with business development goals • Track and report on marketing KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, or freelancers as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Direct experience working as a Marketing Manager for a BPO company itself, marketing the BPO's own services (non-negotiable) • Proven experience managing ads and/or general marketing strategy in a BPO or outsourcing industry setting • Hands-on experience running and optimizing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns • Strong written and spoken English with a clear, professional, business-facing communication style • Ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives and campaigns simultaneously with strong attention to detail • Prior remote work experience • Fluency with remote collaboration tools and platforms such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar • Ideally worked with US or UK-based companies • Experience with a well-established BPO (preferred) • Experience with LinkedIn Ads for B2B lead generation (preferred) • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms (preferred) • Experience building employer branding or recruitment marketing campaigns for a BPO (preferred) • Ability to work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST • Fluent English • Must complete a full application and record a video interview
