📋 Description

• Source and pipeline candidates for high-volume sales, operations, and technology roles using job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other sourcing channels • Assist recruiters with end-to-end workflows, including scheduling, screening, and interview coordination • Participate in candidate interviews and client-facing interviews as a recruitment representative • Liaise with hiring managers and team leads to understand requirements, update pipelines, and provide progress reports • Maintain accurate ATS records throughout the recruitment lifecycle • Draft and post job descriptions across multiple platforms • Provide a timely, professional, and empathetic candidate experience • Support the recruitment team with ad hoc coordination and administrative tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in recruitment or sourcing gained within an agency environment (non-negotiable) • Ability to source and manage candidates across sales and technology roles at volume • Confident and professional communicator with strong written and spoken English • Experience participating in or supporting candidate and client interviews • Comfortable working US EST hours on a fully remote basis • Prior remote work experience • Fluency with Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar remote collaboration tools • Prior experience supporting US or UK-based companies is required • Preferred: experience recruiting across multiple verticals simultaneously • Preferred: familiarity with ATS platforms such as Lever, Greenhouse, or Bullhorn • Preferred: exposure to structured interview frameworks or competency-based assessment methods • Preferred: track record of meeting or exceeding sourcing KPIs in a target-driven environment • Ability to complete the application form in full and record a video as part of the application process
