📋 Description

• Edit long-form YouTube videos and video podcasts, including multi-camera edits where applicable • Create short-form clips (Shorts, Reels, TikToks) from podcast and YouTube content • Apply clean cuts, pacing, basic motion graphics, captions, and sound balancing suitable for YouTube audiences • Use AI-powered tools to assist with editing workflows, captioning, clipping, noise reduction, and content optimization • Collaborate with producers and creators to implement feedback and revisions efficiently • Ensure all videos align with brand guidelines, platform best practices, and publishing requirements • Organize project files and assets to support a smooth remote workflow

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of hands-on experience editing YouTube videos and/or video podcasts • Demonstrated experience using modern AI tools in video editing workflows • Proficiency with at least one professional video editing platform (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) • Strong understanding of YouTube and podcast content styles, pacing, and viewer engagement • Non-negotiable: Prior experience working remotely, with fluency in remote collaboration tools and platforms such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana • Ability to take feedback, manage deadlines, and communicate clearly in a remote environment
