📋 Description
• Plan, build, and manage paid media campaigns across TikTok Ads and Meta Ads • Set up, optimise, and scale TikTok Shop campaigns • Develop and test ad creatives in collaboration with teams • Monitor and manage campaign budgets and placements • Conduct ongoing A/B testing for improvement • Analyse campaign data and produce performance reports • Stay informed on TikTok algorithm updates and e-commerce trends • Collaborate on promotional calendars and product launches
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience managing TikTok Ads campaigns in an e-commerce environment • Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop • Solid experience running Meta Ads for e-commerce brands • Strong understanding of paid social funnels and audience segmentation • Analytical proficiency • Experience managing advertising budgets of significant scale • Strong written English communication skills • Must have prior remote work experience and fluency with collaboration tools
