📋 Description
• Edit full-length episodes for pacing, flow, clarity, and quality • Improve audio with EQ, noise reduction, and sound design techniques • Handle color correction and visual cleanup for video podcast recordings • Collaborate with producers and hosts to refine narrative structure • Organize files and workflows using tools like Pro Tools, Adobe Suite, or DaVinci Resolve • Prepare and publish final assets across platforms with proper metadata
🎯 Requirements
• 2–4 years of experience editing long-form podcast content (audio and video) • A portfolio of professional B2B or interview-style podcast work • Mastery of post-production tools for both audio and video • Strong understanding of pacing, tone, and formatting for business audiences • Comfort working with feedback and collaborating across time zones • Availability during U.S. business hours
