📋 Description
• Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of podcast creation and production • Collaborate with hosts, editors, and marketers to craft compelling audio and video podcast experiences • Develop episode outlines, scripts, and production schedules • Oversee recording sessions and ensure audio quality and performance standards • Review/edit rough cuts for flow, clarity, and style • Schedule and publish episodes across podcast directories and YouTube
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years’ experience producing and managing podcasts end-to-end • Comfortable with both audio platforms (e.g. Libsyn, Anchor) and YouTube workflows • Strong project-management skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication and coordination abilities • Familiarity with audio-editing software (Adobe Audition, Audacity, etc.) • Basic video-editing knowledge (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) • Understanding of RSS feeds, metadata, and podcast SEO.
