📋 Description

‱ Lead, coach, and develop a team of quota-carrying AEs ‱ Generate outbound pipeline and support full-funnel enterprise sales ‱ Analyze call and deal performance using Gong.io to improve outcomes ‱ Collaborate with Marketing and Product to fine-tune messaging and GTM strategies ‱ Track sales activity and forecast performance in Salesforce and HubSpot ‱ Own and close strategic enterprise deals ‱ Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and scaling a world-class sales team

🎯 Requirements

‱ 6+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, with 2+ years in a sales leadership role ‱ Proven success coaching teams to exceed quota in high-growth settings ‱ Experience managing complex deals with multiple stakeholders and $100K+ ARR ‱ Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong.io, and modern sales tech ‱ Background in ad tech, marketing analytics, or data platform sales ‱ Excellent communication skills and business acumen ‱ Ability to work Eastern Time Zone hours
