âą Monitor and respond promptly to inbound SMS inquiries with professionalism and warmth âą Conduct consultative conversations to understand patient goals, treatment history, and concerns âą Schedule consultations using Calendly or similar scheduling tools âą Accurately document patient information and interactions within CRM and EHR systems âą Execute timely, personalized follow-ups to support appointment conversion âą Maintain strict patient confidentiality and ensure accurate record-keeping âą Collaborate with internal team members to ensure smooth patient onboarding
âą 3+ years of experience in patient coordination, intake, client services, or a similar consultative role âą Excellent written communication skills for SMS-based outreach and strong verbal communication for phone consultations âą Proven ability to build rapport, demonstrate empathy, and guide conversations with confidence âą Proficiency with CRM systems, scheduling tools, and managing multiple systems simultaneously âą Basic to intermediate Excel skills (data entry, formatting, simple formulas) âą Reliable high-speed internet and a professional remote work environment âą Must have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies.
