📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for select roles across multiple functions • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring timelines • Coordinate onboarding activities, including documentation and system access • Support HR processes such as employee records, compliance documentation, and policy coordination • Maintain accurate candidate and employee data within ATS and HR systems • Act as a point of contact for recruitment-related and light HR inquiries

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter with exposure to HR or people operations • Experience supporting both recruitment and HR coordination activities • Prior remote work experience is non-negotiable, including fluency with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, ATS platforms); • candidates must have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies—applications without this experience will not be considered • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities while working within EST hours
