📋 Description
• Own the end-to-end product roadmap for our iOS consumer app, from ideation through App Store release • Navigate App Store guidelines, review processes, and release cycles with confidence and precision • Work directly with engineering teams to define technical requirements, review architecture decisions, and unblock delivery • Use data and user research to identify opportunities, validate hypotheses, and measure impact • Integrate AI-driven features into the consumer product experience — from ideation to delivery • Collaborate with design to ensure the product is both technically sound and exceptional to use • Represent the product in cross-functional planning, stakeholder updates, and executive reviews
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in the Cosmetics / Beauty Industry is a big win! • Proven track record as a Senior PM or above, shipping consumer-facing iOS applications • Deep familiarity with the Apple App Store — submission processes, guidelines, review cycles, and optimisation • Hands-on coding ability in Python or Java; you must be able to read, write, and reason about code • Experience delivering AI-powered features in a consumer product context • Strong B2C product instincts with a focus on retention, engagement, and user experience • Comfortable working in early-stage or fast-moving product environments • Must have prior remote work experience and be fluent with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, or similar)
