âą Produce and optimize short-form video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts âą Develop compelling hooks, pacing, and captions tailored to platform algorithms and user behavior âą Support growth and demand campaigns with video assets for organic and paid distribution âą Track video performance and iterate based on engagement, retention, and conversion data âą Maintain consistent visual identity and messaging across all video outputs âą Partner with Marketing and Growth teams to align video strategy with funnel objectives

âą Hands-on experience creating and optimizing short-form video content for social media growth âą Strong understanding of video engagement metrics, retention curves, and optimization strategies âą Prior remote work experience is mandatory âą Ability to test, iterate, and improve content quickly based on performance data âą Strong time management and attention to detail
