📋 Description

• Deliver customer onboarding and training programs for enterprise clients • Lead workshops and cohorts that help teams master workflows • Translate technical concepts into clear, practical guidance for marketing users • Build and refine enablement playbooks to ensure long-term adoption • Support clients with CRM workflows, campaign automation, and reporting using HubSpot or similar platforms • Help marketing teams learn and adopt a modern workflow automation platform • Guide customers from their first login to becoming confident users • Complete an application form and record a video as the first interview step

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, onboarding, or enablement, ideally in SaaS or agency environments • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot or other CRM/automation platforms • Proficiency in SQL and Python (required) • Strong communication skills and experience running client-facing training or workshops • Understanding of SEO and content marketing • Passion for teaching, enabling, and helping clients succeed • Ability to work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST • English proficiency required • Must complete the application form in full • Must record a video as the first step of the interview process
