📋 Description

• Process a daily queue of client website requests through a ticketing system • Execute WordPress changes spanning custom CSS/HTML, template edits, and basic-to-intermediate PHP and JavaScript • Conduct rigorous self-QA on every task • Write professional client-facing update summaries for internal review • Work closely with developers and account managers • Identify patterns in recurring issues • Keep all sites secure and organized

🎯 Requirements

• Solid WordPress development background with hands-on experience in themes, plugins, child themes, and custom post types • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and working knowledge of PHP and JavaScript • Experience with leading page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, Divi, Gutenberg) • Track record of managing multiple live client sites simultaneously • Meticulous attention to detail and a self-QA mindset before every handoff • Professional written and spoken English with the ability to communicate clearly to non-technical stakeholders • Must have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar) • Ideally worked with US or UK-based companies
