📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day client relationships across assigned accounts. • Support onboarding and project setup for new engagements. • Translate client briefs into clear, structured deliverables. • Maintain proactive communication with clients and internal teams. • Coordinate delivery across multiple project types, including: • Social media content and campaign assets • Copywriting and editorial content • Digital creative (ads, banners, landing pages) • Track timelines, milestones, and delivery progress. • Ensure outputs meet agreed quality standards and deadlines. • Escalate risks or delivery issues where needed. • Coordinate freelance talent across active projects. • Maintain structured workflows from brief to execution until delivery. • Ensure clarity and consistency in project briefs. • Support smooth day-to-day execution across accounts.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in account management, client services, or project coordination. • Background in digital marketing, content, or creative environments. • Strong organisational and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects. • Experience working with remote or freelance teams preferred. • __**NICE TO HAVE**__ • Experience in agencies, creative studios, or talent platforms. • Exposure to social media or content production workflows. • Familiarity with performance-driven digital campaigns.
