âą Develop and execute social media strategies across APAC markets. âą Plan and manage content calendars aligned with brand, campaign, and product priorities. âą Create platform-specific social strategies for channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. âą Work closely with internal stakeholders including brand, content, creative, and marketing teams. âą Support campaign launches, partnerships, product announcements, and brand storytelling initiatives. âą Analyse social performance metrics and provide actionable insights and optimisation recommendations. âą Monitor social trends, platform updates, and competitor activity across fintech and technology sectors. âą Support community engagement and audience growth initiatives where required. âą Coordinate with designers, creators, agencies, or freelancers to deliver social assets and campaigns.
âą Proven experience in social media strategy, digital marketing, or content strategy roles. âą Strong understanding of social media platforms, audience engagement, and content performance metrics. âą Experience managing regional or APAC-focused campaigns preferred. âą Background in fintech, technology, consumer tech, finance, or high-growth startups is highly preferred. âą Ability to balance brand storytelling with performance-driven social execution. âą Strong copywriting, communication, and stakeholder management skills. âą Experience using social analytics, scheduling, and reporting tools. âą Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and remote environment.
