📋 Description

• Optimize and troubleshoot existing AI-powered workflows and automations • Connect and integrate Airtable, Google Workspace, and Notion • Set up data flows between systems so AI tools can access and leverage information • Work with Claude and other AI tools to create and refine automated processes • Improve data organization across Airtable, Google Workspace, and other systems • Audit and enhance the operations manual to identify automation opportunities • Maintain platforms and keep data and records clean • Understand business needs and workflows to design appropriate system solutions • Evaluate workflow feasibility and recommend realistic process improvements • Leverage Google Workspace administrative functions more effectively

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience working with Airtable, Google Workspace, and Notion • Demonstrated ability to connect tools and platforms and build workflows that enable systems to communicate • Comfortable working with AI tools (Claude) and understanding their capabilities and limitations • Strong understanding of business processes and operations • Ability to think strategically about workflow design • Ability to identify automation opportunities and think through practical solutions • Comfortable with technical concepts and able to troubleshoot issues • Deep coding expertise is not required
