📋 Description

• Source and screen candidates across approximately 3 active requisitions at a time • Contribute to a team goal of approximately 5 placements per month • Run initial screens to assess communication quality, role alignment, and client-readiness • Conduct structured preparation calls, including mock Q&A and role-specific coaching • Write detailed, evidence-based endorsement notes in ClickUp for every advanced candidate • Partner directly with account managers and clients to align on hiring profiles • Build and maintain candidate relationships through and beyond the placement process • Flag quality concerns, process gaps, and sourcing misalignment early • Manage personal pipelines and ClickUp cards with consistent data hygiene • Track personal metrics and meet KPIs for quality, retention, and time to hire • Report directly to the Recruiting Manager • Collaborate with recruiters, coaches, operations, account managers, and US-based clients

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a remote staffing or agency environment • Strong instincts for candidate quality • Clear, professional written and verbal communication • Comfortable managing multiple requisitions at a time across different timelines, client types, and role functions • High ownership mentality • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, ClickUp, Slack, and Google Meet/Zoom/Loom • Ability to deliver honest candidate assessments, including flagging red flags • Growth mindset • Fully comfortable working 12am–9am PHT as a permanent schedule — this is a firm requirement, not flexible
