📋 Description

• Process company invoices in an efficient and timely manner • Analyze invoices and ensure entries are properly coded and recorded in the allocated time frame • Manage vendor setup within the AP module and supporting systems by communicating with department heads and vendors to gather necessary information • Maintain vendor communication and resolve outstanding issues through phone and email in a timely manner • Oversee payments and invoices processed outside the standard AP system • Assist in payments organization, including identifying and documenting fixed asset spending and executing various initiatives • Collaborate frequently with the Accounting Manager and team to ensure continuous process improvement • Reconcile AP Aging to general ledger detail monthly • Ensure entries are coded with the proper currency • Build strong relationships with the finance team to manage cash flow forecasting

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of Accounts Payable processing experience (preferred background consumer goods brands) • Bachelor's degree, with focus on accounting or business • Demonstrated experience with automated Accounts Payable systems (Bill.com) • Proficient in Microsoft Excel • Experience with ERP (Netsuite preferred) • Relevant experience with 3-way match (inventory bills) • Excellent communication skills • Interest in health and wellness, personal care, and/or eCommerce industries • Experience working in the consumer products industry is highly preferred • Someone who gets things done without perfect resources is innovative and works with a sense of urgency • Someone who has high standards takes ownership and is invested in the outcome • Someone who proactively helps others stays positive and has a good sense of humor
