📋 Description
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements. • Manage AP and AR processes, including invoice validation, payments, and collections. • Support monthly and annual close activities and financial reporting. • Assist in audits, ensure compliance with IFRS, and maintain internal controls. • Partner with global teams to streamline and improve accounting processes.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • 5+ years of hands-on accounting experience, ideally in a multinational setting. • Solid knowledge of AP, AR, GL, and month-end close. • Proficiency with accounting tools (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, or Xero) and Excel. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
