📋 Description

• Prepare detailed civil designs using AutoCAD Civil 3D • Design subdivision layouts, earthworks, roads, drainage, sewer, and water infrastructure • Produce drawings and documentation for approvals and construction • Coordinate with councils, utility providers, consultants, and other project stakeholders • Respond to authority comments and assist in obtaining project approvals • Ensure all designs comply with relevant Australian engineering and local authority standards • Maintain accurate project documentation and deliver work within agreed timelines

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Australian civil design projects (Western Australia experience is highly regarded) • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D • Experience in subdivision, drainage, road, sewer, and water infrastructure design • Understanding of Australian civil design standards and approval processes • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Experience with subdivision projects in Western Australia (preferred) • Familiarity with planning and approval processes (preferred) • Experience preparing engineering or design reports (preferred) • Relevant Engineering or Civil Drafting qualification (preferred)
