📋 Description

• Conduct outbound cold calls to real estate agents, teams, brokers, and brokerages during Pacific Time business hours • Generate interest in creative, marketing, website, branding, and AI-powered solutions for real estate businesses • Build rapport with decision-makers through clear, professional, and confident conversations • Qualify prospects by understanding their business needs, current marketing challenges, and potential fit • Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team and provide helpful context before each meeting • Follow provided scripts and sales processes while keeping conversations natural and human • Maintain accurate notes, call outcomes, and prospect status updates in the company’s tracking system • Handle objections professionally and keep conversations positive, even when prospects are not ready to move forward • Meet daily and weekly activity expectations for outbound calling, follow-ups, and booked appointments • Share feedback from calls to help improve messaging, targeting, and sales materials

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in appointment setting, cold calling, telemarketing, sales development, or lead generation • Excellent spoken English with clear, professional, easy-to-understand communication • Strong phone presence and the confidence to speak with business owners and professionals • Comfort spending most of the workday making outbound cold calls • Ability to follow scripts, learn sales processes, and apply coaching quickly • Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup • Resilience when handling rejection and the ability to stay consistent throughout the day • Familiarity with real estate agents, brokers, brokerages, or real estate marketing • Experience using CRMs, dialers, spreadsheets, or call-tracking tools • Interest in websites, branding, marketing, SEO, paid ads, or AI-powered business tools
