📋 Description

• Source, vet, and activate aligned creators and ambassadors • Run gifting/seeding operations: shipments, posting follow-ups, ROI tracking • Maintain daily community engagement with timely, authentic responses • Report ER%, posting rate, CTR/conversions with clear insights • Enforce FTC and platform compliance in all creator content

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in influencer or community program management • Hands-on execution with Instagram and TikTok campaigns • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications • Campaign tracking with UTMs or analytics platforms • Knowledge of FTC endorsement and disclosure requirements • Remote work with at least a 3-hour overlap to PST
