📋 Description

• Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy aligned with revenue targets • Drive qualified lead generation for staffing/BPO services • Build multi-channel acquisition strategies (paid media, outbound, inbound, partnerships, content, SEO) • Optimize funnel performance from lead generation to client acquisition • Create campaigns targeting hiring managers, HR leaders, and decision-makers • Improve MQL → SQL → Closed Won conversion rates • Align closely with Business Development and Sales teams • Design account-based marketing (ABM) strategies when appropriate • Own growth KPIs including CAC, CPL, pipeline value, and revenue contribution • Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize ROI • Implement tracking systems and reporting dashboards • Run A/B testing and growth experiments • Strengthen brand positioning within staffing/RPO markets • Conduct market research and competitive analysis • Identify new verticals or geographic expansion opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of growth marketing experience • Proven experience in staffing agencies, recruitment firms, or RPO companies (required) • Strong understanding of B2B marketing and long sales cycles • Experience managing paid acquisition campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.) • Experience building demand generation engines • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills • Experience leading cross-functional teams • Preferred • Experience scaling staffing firms in the U.S. market • Familiarity with CRM systems • Experience in account-based marketing (ABM) • Background in high-growth or startup environments
