📋 Description

• Keep daily outbound activity moving by responding to prospect messages across Apollo and Dripify promptly and professionally. • Complete 10 to 20 thoughtful follow-ups each day with engaged prospects who have promised to book, consult their team, or reconnect later. • Convert positive prospect responses into booked appointments while tracking commitments and next steps accurately. • Monitor email and LinkedIn sequences to confirm messages are sending correctly and identify issues before they affect campaign performance. • Build targeted prospect lists by identifying companies and contacts that match the ideal customer profile across Apollo, Clay, and other databases. • Enrich contact records with verified email addresses, LinkedIn profiles, company information, and other details needed for effective outreach. • Maintain accurate, current records in HubSpot, including prospect status, communication history, follow-up dates, and next actions. • Complete weekly campaign maintenance, including updating the master prospect list, refreshing outbound metrics, replacing bounced emails, and withdrawing the 100 oldest Dripify invitations. • Run nurture outreach for deferred, stalled, and closed-lost opportunities so promising conversations are not abandoned. • Support additional founder-led GTM initiatives, including conference app outreach, event invitations, messaging, spreadsheet updates, and other administrative execution.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in GTM Operations, Sales Operations, or an SDR role that included hands-on outbound execution. • Proven experience with prospecting, contact research, list building, follow-up, and appointment setting. • Hands-on experience using both HubSpot and Apollo, including maintaining accurate CRM records. • Exceptional written English, with the ability to communicate clearly, naturally, and professionally with prospects. This is non-negotiable. • Strong attention to detail and the ability to complete repetitive, high-volume workflows without losing accuracy or follow-through. • Resourcefulness, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently while remaining receptive to feedback and coaching. • Experience using Dripify, Clay, or similar prospecting and enrichment platforms. • Previous experience working directly with a founder or within an early-stage startup. • Experience running nurture campaigns for deferred, stalled, or closed-lost sales opportunities. • Experience maintaining outbound reporting spreadsheets, replacing bounced contact data, or conducting conference app outreach.
