📋 Description

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments with carriers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and other logistics providers • Track shipments from dispatch through final delivery and proactively flag delays, exceptions, or missed delivery milestones • Keep suppliers, warehouses, drivers, customers, and internal teams updated with clear and timely shipment communications • Prepare, review, and validate shipping documents including bills of lading, packing lists, commercial invoices, and customs documentation • Identify and escalate discrepancies involving weights, quantities, shipping records, documentation, or delivery details • Coordinate final-mile delivery requirements and help resolve issues that could prevent successful customer delivery • Receive, review, process, and report on product quality claims and shipment-related discrepancies • Manage inventory transfers and warehouse logistics while maintaining accurate movement records • Enter customer orders and maintain order information in the company’s Order Management and ERP systems • Prepare recurring and ad hoc logistics, order, claims, and shipment reports for the Operations team

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3+ years of experience in logistics, shipping, supply chain, transportation, or a closely related operations role • Experience working in a B2B logistics or import/export environment with international shipments • Hands-on experience coordinating domestic and international shipments • Working knowledge of shipping documentation such as bills of lading, packing lists, commercial invoices, and customs paperwork • Fluent written English with strong professional email communication skills • Strong attention to detail and experience following structured processes and SOPs • Experience coordinating shipments involving Asia, Mexico, or Latin America • Experience processing logistics claims, product quality claims, shipment discrepancies, or documentation exceptions • Experience reviewing mismatches involving quantities, weights, invoices, or shipment documentation • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills • Experience using ERP, Order Management, inventory, or logistics tracking systems
