📋 Description

• Monitor inventory coverage and support replenishment plans based on sales velocity, seasonality, and forecast guidance. • Flag aged inventory, coordinate shipments with warehouse and supply chain teams, and investigate FBA receiving issues. • Improve listing discoverability through keyword research and approved updates to titles, bullet points, backend search terms, and A+ Content. • Analyze ASIN-level traffic, keyword rankings, and search term performance to support organic ranking, click-through rate, conversion, and content/image A/B testing improvements. • Help resolve listing suppressions, stranded inventory, and catalog issues; open, track, and escalate Seller Central cases. • Monitor account alerts, Buy Box status, external pricing, customer reviews, and ratings; flag recurring risks and issues. • Audit FBA shipments and fees and file and track reimbursement claims for lost, damaged, or missing inventory. • Prepare actionable daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales trends, sessions, conversion rate, contribution margin, inventory flow, and performance gaps. • Track competitor listings, pricing, keyword strategies, Best Seller Rank, and category trends using Amazon research tools. • Coordinate creative requests, A+ Content, image improvements, product launches, listing updates, and international expansion activities with marketing, design, and supply chain teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting Amazon Seller Central operations. • Strong listing optimization and keyword research experience, including a solid understanding of Amazon SEO, organic ranking factors, and content optimization. • Hands-on experience with Helium 10, Data Dive, Keepa, or comparable Amazon research and analysis tools. • Experience supporting inventory planning, replenishment, and Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) operations. • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency for analyzing operational data and building accurate reports. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate discrepancies, prioritize issues, and follow through on details. • Fluent English communication for remote collaboration, reporting, and issue escalation. • Experience optimizing A+ Content and supporting conversion improvement initiatives. • Familiarity with Amazon product launches and organic ranking support strategies. • Experience monitoring Buy Box performance, pricing, customer reviews, and reimbursement claims within Seller Central.
