📋 Description

• Support day-to-day administration of Salesforce and related commercial systems • Assist with account hierarchy maintenance • Support forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue reporting activities • Help monitor adherence to commercial processes and governance standards • Support KPI tracking across Sales, Customer Success, and Commercial Operations teams • Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) for new system enhancements • Support system implementations and process improvement projects • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and IT teams to resolve operational issues • Help maintain business documentation and operational knowledge repositories • Participate in meetings and provide project coordination support when needed • Support Revenue Operations by ensuring data integrity and assisting sales and customer success processes

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years of commercial operations experience • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred • Analytical and problem-solving mind • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • English proficiency required (written and verbal) • Customer focused • Effective time management • Experience using Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Salesforce • Must be legally authorized to work in Mexico • JD Power does not provide employment sponsorship for this position
