📋 Description

• About the Role: We want AI to feel genuinely human in conversation — natural, thoughtful, and emotionally aware. As a Human-Centered AI Interaction Reviewer, you’ll shape how AI speaks, reacts, and connects. • Duties: • Evaluate AI responses against empathy and contextual intelligence criteria • Tag errors in tone, engagement, and personality • Select the best response from multiple AI options • Write and test creative conversation starters for training datasets • Assess cultural accuracy and humor comprehension in AI outputs

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency with strong cultural literacy • Exceptional judgment in balancing tone, clarity, and engagement • Experience in content editing, customer support, or communications • Comfort with giving and receiving detailed feedback • Community management or content moderation experience • Familiarity with conversational AI or NLP concepts
