📋 Description
• - Build, test, and optimize automation workflows using Make.com, Zapier, and related tools • - Integrate multiple apps, APIs, and data sources to streamline processes • - Troubleshoot automation issues and ensure smooth execution • - Collaborate with internal teams to scope, prioritize, and deliver automation projects • - Document processes and create clear SOPs for recurring workflows • - Continuously research and experiment with new AI tools and automation methods
🎯 Requirements
• - Strong background in workflow automation using Make.com, Zapier, or similar platforms • - AI-native mindset: comfortable testing, adopting, and applying emerging AI tools • - Basic coding skills (e.g., JavaScript, Python) a plus, but not required • - Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and resourceful problem solver • - Ability to work independently across multiple projects and deadlines • - Previous experience in agency, SaaS, or automation-heavy environments a plus
